I moved to Fuquay-Varina in 1983 with my husband and two daughters.  Our girls were five and eight at that time. We were very pleased with the schools and the activities that were offered in Fuquay-Varina.  The small town atmosphere was what we were drawn to and loved most about Fuquay-Varina. Our girls grew up, went off to college and they both decided to move back into this area to raise their children.  I started my career in 1988 with Becky Medlin Realty. Later Becky Medlin Realty became Century 21 Becky Medlin Realty and now we are Century 21 Triangle Group. Century 21 is the most recognized real estate company in the world. Known for our integrity, honesty and knowledge. We are centrally located in North Carolina between the Piedmont and Coastal Plains regions and close to the capital city of Raleigh.
